This German progressive rock band was formed in 1997 in Freising, Germany as a Pink Floyd cover band. The band's name comes from the first letters of the original four members; Phil Paul Rissettio, Chris Postl, Karlheinz Wallner, and Yogi Lang. After three years they started to make their own music based on their influences from their cover band era. Their debut CD, "God Has Failed" was met with international enthusiasm, praise and excellent reviews in all the major progressive rock music magazines. Since then they have gone on to make a number of studio albums of all original material. Their music while obviously influenced by Floyd is also melodic, dynamic, and at times symphonic. It’s all about textures and layers and never about shredding. While they have toured extensively in Europe, they have only appeared at BajaProg and ROSfest in North America and are very excited to return, this time to the golden state.
